Star Wars Galaxies Index

This game had a flaming Star Wars Galaxies and to be compleately honest I don't blame the community in their comments, they have their reasons, some of them are my very own reasons to point a few flaws in this game, like the rush feeling everyone talked about, but this game is special, very very special. Why? Because is different from the standard rule.

The game have skills and everything like the rest of the mmos, levels, equipment, player associations and such, but the movement of your ship, your bridge officers and in general the way this game handle the space combat is good because it feels awesome. They took some common things in the genre and handled them in an unique way for mmos.

I know some Star Trek fans are angry with this game because it doesn't feel that Star Trekish, like fighting from the bridge of your ship, making first contact with other races and so on, but this game was a nice experience despite its short content. Believe me people, I have no complains against this game other than its short content, if Cryptik studios improve this game, I will give it another shot later on.

I know this game is marked as the most controversial game ever created, but I have to tell you that this game is number 2 on my list, yes I mean it, this game is one of the best mmos I ever seen in my life, one of the reasons was once again its community and its very sandbox style. I am not a big fan of sandbox, swg credits to be honest I think they are empty boxes, but this one created for around 14 months a nice place for me to be.

I was well known in the Bria server, some people used to loved me, and others hated me like no tomorrow, because I was a Master Powers and Master enhancement jedi, one of my favorite things was to cloak and spy the opponent faction, wait for them to get their vehicles out and then pop out and waste their bikes and so on with aoe, if my luck was good, I could even run away with force speed and cloak again, (I destroyed a Jet Pack before the refurbish option... lol...) By the way I was IMPERIAL!!!, YES I KNOW!!!! THE DARK SIDE!!!! But, hey I rolled played too! Telling other people to join the dark side of the force and so on.
